Any product ordered directly from Medtrition Inc. is eligible for a full refund less shipping and handling fees if a return is submitted and approved within 30 days of receipt. In order to return your product, first send an email to customerservice@medtrition.com with “Product Return” in the subject line. The Customer Service department will then review the return request and send a reply within three business days with the status of approval and the instructions for how to send your items, or the unused portion of your items back to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
